Associate pictures with a listing

Listing calls (e.g., AddItem and AddItems,) associate pictures with a listing.

When creating a new listing, the following Item.PictureDetails fields are used to add one or more pictures to a listing:

• Item.PictureDetails.PictureURL specifies the URL for a picture.
• Item.PictureDetails.GalleryType specifies the type of gallery.
