Why doesn't my listing appear in the solutions directory?

I passed the Compatible Application Check process and followed the steps to list my app in the solutions directory. However I'm not able to see the listing when I search solutions.ebay.com. Why?

  Solutions directory is not common for all countries. For example, if you have added Italy as the Country for your app, then your listing will not appear in solutions.ebay.com. Instead, you need to search http://cgi6.ebay.it/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?SolutionsDirectory

Similarly for each country, you need to search the corresponding solutions directory inorder to see your listing.
