Why am I not able to add a Local Pickup as shipping service?
There are restrictions on mixing shipping types when you provide shipping service options.
You can not mix a Freight Shipping service and Pickup. Because Pickup is defined as a Flat shipping service. So if you remove the Freight Shipping service option, then the Pickup will be added as a shipping service option. You can add other flat shipping service options along with Local Pickup.
