My AddItem requests which used to work earlier have started getting this error:

What has changed?
Summary
As per the Seller update: September 2009 announcement, insurance will no longer be allowed as either an option or requirement for buyers. If you make the AddItem, ReviseItem or RelistItem family of calls with the InsuranceDetails / InternationalInsuranceDetails container, you will get the warning. The listing will not fail because of this.
