Shopping API - PHP Name Value samples for FindItems and GetSingleItem

Illustrates how to handle responses of type Name-Value pair.

These are simple samples which show how to make GET
calls to the Shopping API. The response is in name-value pairs.

For simplicity, the query for FindItems and the ItemID for GetSingleItem is
hard-coded.

This sample requires no special PHP extensions. It should work with PHP 4 and PHP 5.
