LMS calls are failing with error 'Authentication failed..'

LMS calls are failing with error (11002) 'Authentication failed : The token does not exist, the user must complete the Auth & Auth sign in process to generate token.' A small percentage of calls are impacted and a retry should work. We are aware of this issue and the engineering team is actively working to resolve the issue.
